The Client

SBC (Redacted) is a construction company that operates in the Washington Lake (WA) area, where the weather is not particularly stable due to its frequent changes in cloud cover and precipitation.

The Challenge

SBC was losing money and risking lawsuits due to wind gusts damaging materials and exposing workers to injuries
Pam, Director of Operations, couldn’t concentrate on her work as she needed to monitor weather forecast to alert her team on time.
She decided to reach out to us for help 🙋

The Solution

We’ve built a simple workflow with OpenWeather that would alert for wind gusts and squalls to the team via WhatsApp

Triggers with a weather alert.
Alert data is shared on WhatsApp
